Having been a person whom knows how this place operates There are many concerns about the lack of caring individuals. I have witnessed the worst of this place and the management is not going to make decisions that are beneficial for your loved ones. Too many times understaffed, offensive remarks by employees and residents were not addressed by staff for basic needs Ive also found some were accepted into the rehab, insurance exhausted and sent out with NO lasting treatment to increase their independence
