“My uncle and I whom I take care of relocated from Pennsylvania to live at Columbia Senior Residence. The process was not difficult at all due to the staff. A young lady name Ms. Lanae was first to assist with the process and later when visiting the property and submitting the required documents we met the Comminity Manager Ms. Ortecia who was the most gentle and warm spirited professional anyone could ever come across. When my uncle whos almost didnt understand Ms. Ortecia would take her time and break things down for him to understand. Once she was out of the office and I had a few questions and a nice lady name Ms Willena answered the phone and she was even more helpful. Finally the day came when it was time to move in and they, the staff was very welcoming and attentive. I must say that Columbia Senior Residence is the PERFECT place to live well and its affordable.
