Bnai Brith I has 99 units. 25 efficiency apartments and 74 one-bedroom apartments specifically designed for a HUD 202/Section 8 program. Applicants applying for accessible units must provide certain required documentation. Bnai Brith II has 83 and Bnai Brith III has 88 one-bedroom apartments designated as a HUD 202/PRAC. To qualify, the head of household must be 62 years of age or older and meet certain income restrictions.

Many property managers will float from one property to another and will have several communities that they are responsible for managing. If you are not successful with calling and submitting contact forms, you may find it more beneficial to visit the community in person to speak with the manager directly.
